How we measure the garment
Waist (Circumference): Measure straight across the waistband, then calculate the full circumference.
Hip (Circumference): Measure straight across the fullest part of the garment at hip level, then calculate the full circumference.
Hem (Circumference): Measure straight across the bottom edge of the skirt, then calculate the full circumference.
Length: Measure from the top of the waistband straight down to the hem of the garment.
