Excluding launch days, all orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day. Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:

Standard shipping (1-4 business days) - $7 SGD

DWD does not accept cancellations of orders once they have been placed. However, returns or exchanges are permitted under specific conditions as detailed below.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
DWD will only accept returns or exchanges in case of wrong size or incorrect item or defective product (see Section 6 for more details) within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
To supplement the return process, please record a video when unboxing as proof.
Please report the issue to DWD by:
- Sending a direct message (DM) to our Instagram account: @dowithdash, or
- Emailing us at dowithdash@gmail.com
Your notification must include clear photographs and/or video of the defective or incorrect item. DWD will respond and work to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- If you're in Singapore and your purchase is incorrect or defective, you have seven (7) days from the day the product is received to send it back to us for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (all items included in the original package except any items not for return).
SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and is non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items).
- DWD is not liable for any returning damaged or lost mail.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following conditions do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Print Placement Variations: For printed merchandise, slight differences in print placement may occur due to fabric positioning. This is not considered a defect.
- Minor Size Differences: All measurements are subject to a tolerance of 0.5" to 1.5" difference. Slight variations in size do not constitute a defect.
- Colour Discrepancy: Differences in colour due to lighting, photography limitations, or variations in device displays are not considered defects.
- Incorrect Size Ordered: Items that do not fit well due to the customer ordering the wrong size are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Loose or Accumulated Threads: As products are custom-made, loose or accumulated threads may be present. These do not affect the wearability of the item and can be trimmed by the customer. This is not considered a defect.
- Recycled Size Labels: DWD may use recycled tag labels to minimize waste. Variations in written size labels do not constitute a defect.
EXAMPLES OF DEFECTS
The following are examples of defects that qualify for return or exchange:
- Manufacturing flaws: Loose stitching, unraveling seams
- Fabric defects: Holes, uneven dyeing, severe discoloration
- Fit & construction issues: Wrong sizing when shipped out, asymmetry not part of design
- Functional defects: Broken zippers, missing buttons, faulty elastic
- Print/embellishment issues: Misprints, peeling, or cracking graphics

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By making a purchase from DWD, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in thisReturn and Exchange Policy.
RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
DWD reserves the right to refuse or reject any return or exchange request if the conditions specified in this policy are not met.
AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY
DWD reserves the right to amend or update this Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website immediately, and the revised terms will take effect upon posting.
