How we measure the garment (dresses)
Lower Waist (Circumference): Measure straight across the garment at the lower waistline, where low-rise garments are designed to sit on the body, then calculate the full circumference.
Thigh (Circumference): Measure straight across the leg, just below the crotch seam, then calculate the full circumference.
Hip (Circumference): Measure straight across the fullest part of the garment at hip level, then calculate the full circumference.
Length: Measure from the top edge of the bodice straight down to the hem of the garment.
